We bake each order fresh, just for you. Your cookies will be baked and shipped every Wednesday. To ensure you receive the freshest cookies possible, all orders placed before Wednesday will be held and shipped on that day. Once your cookies leave our kitchen, delivery will take an additional 1-2 business days to arrive at your doorstep.
Once your cookies leave our kitchen on Wednesday, delivery will take an additional 1-2 business days to arrive at your doorstep. You will receive an email with a tracking link once your order has been processed and is on its way. While we do our best to deliver your order within 2 business days, the mail carrier may experience unexpected delays.
We only ship our cookies within The Netherlands, using PostNL as our trusted carrier.
All available shipping options and pricing are displayed at checkout, based on your delivery address. Shipping costs start at €4.95.
We are unable to prioritize orders, as we fulfill them on a first-come, first-served basis. If you need your cookies sooner, please contact us at hello@vashdailybakes.com.
You can only make changes to your order if you contact us via hello@vashdailybakes.com at least 72 hours before our baking and shipping day on Wednesday. After this time, we are unable to process any changes.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot offer returns, exchanges or refunds. However, we are committed to resolving any valid concerns regarding the quality, damage, or errors with your order.

Our cookies are baked the same day we ship them, so you can enjoy maximum flavor and ultimate freshness in every delicious melt-in-your-mouth bite! To get that perfect gooey melt, microwave your room-temperature cookies for 20 seconds.
If you want your cookies to feel extra loved, here’s our top trick:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C
2. Bake cookies for 2 minutes.
3. Enjoy gooey, fresh baked
cookies.
Store your cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 7 days - they're baked fresh with no preservatives. For longer shelf life, freeze the cookies the day you receive them for up to 1 month. When baking from frozen, add 5 extra minutes or bake until warmed to your liking.
Avoid storing your cookies in the refrigerator! This will make them hard and dry and that's not the delicious treat you’re looking for.
Our cookies are made on shared equipment in a kitchen that processes wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, sesame, peanuts, and tree nuts. While we take great care to prevent cross-contamination, please note that we are not an allergy-free bakery. If you or your recipient has a severe allergy, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our team with any questions or concerns.
