Shipping policy

We bake each order fresh, just for you. Your cookies will be prepared and shipped every Wednesday. To ensure you receive the freshest cookies possible, all orders placed before Wednesday will be held and shipped on that day. Once your cookies leave our kitchen, delivery will take an additional 1-2 business days to arrive at your doorstep.

We only ship our cookies within The Netherlands, using PostNL as our trusted carrier. While we do our best to deliver your order within 2 business days, the mail carrier may experience unexpected delays.

All available shipping options and pricing are displayed at checkout, based on your delivery address. Shipping costs start at €4.95.

We may decline an order cancellation or modification if we’re unable to process the request before the product has shipped. Please double-check your order and delivery details before completing your purchase. Once an order is fulfilled, we cannot modify the order or shipping address.
