Refund and Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot offer returns, exchanges or refunds. However, we are committed to resolving any valid concerns regarding the quality, damage, or errors with your order. If there is something wrong with your shipment when it arrives please take pictures right away and contact us at hello@vashdailybakes.com with your Tracking & Order Number.

If your product hasn’t arrived due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we’re unable to offer a refund or replacement.

If the courier has made multiple delivery attempts and you haven’t collected the item, and it gets returned, we also cannot provide a refund or replacement.
